The Office of the Vice President of Marketing and Promotions serves as the creative and communications engine of ASUCR, responsible for building and maintaining the organization's public presence, brand identity, and student engagement across all platforms and events. Led by the elected Vice President of Marketing and Promotions, the office produces all marketing and promotional materials for ASUCR's offices and governing bodies, manages official social media accounts, and oversees media relations with campus press outlets. Through its team of Marketing Specialists, Photographers, a Historian, and a Student Experience Director, the office also executes ASUCR's signature student-facing events, Welcome Week, R'Gear, and the Senior BBQ/R'Wrapped celebration, while preserving an institutional record of the organization's work and achievements for future leadership.
