• R'Booth Booking Request Form

  • Thank you for your interest in having R'Booth provide photobooth services for your event! Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible. If the date/time is available, we will tentative hold the date/time in the order that we receive the request. Finalizing the booking will require completion of an event contract by the provided date and time.

    Base Package: Our base package is for two (2) hours and additional hours can be added on for longer events. 

    Pricing: 

    • Clubs/Organization: $250/booking
    • UCR Departments: $400/booking
    • ASUCR Programs: $100/booking (Please note that ASUCR offices/teams are charged differently not lower as ASUCR is the supervising department for the assistants covering the event)
    • Add On: $50/hour for additional time beyond the two (2) hour base package.

    Event Locations: The photobooth services are only available for on-campus events. If outdoors, there needs to a 10x20ft space in the event location for a canopy tent/supplies and inflatable enclosure. If indoors, there needs to be a 10x20ft space for the backdrop, table and supplies.
